Zach Shea

Broker

Zach SheaOriginally from Nova Scotia, I’ve proudly called Rideau Lakes home for the past 23 years and I truly believe it’s one of the best places to live in Ontario. From its close-knit communities to its stunning waterfront and rural properties, I’m passionate about helping others discover everything this incredible corner of Eastern Ontario has to offer.

While studying Psychology at Queen’s University in Kingston, an opportunity to pursue real estate presented itself. I quickly realized it was a career where I could combine my understanding of people with strategy, negotiation, and market analysis. Now, 12 years later, I’m proud to be a Broker at Rideau Realty. The saying, “Do what you love and you’ll never work a day in your life,” couldn’t ring truer. I genuinely love what I do and value the relationships I build just as much as the results I deliver.

Over the years, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the Rideau Lakes market; particularly, waterfront and rural properties, where local knowledge makes all the difference. From shoreline regulations and well/septic systems to seasonal access and property valuations, I help clients navigate the nuances of buying and selling in this unique market with confidence and clarity.

When I’m not working with clients, my wife Hannah and I are busy raising our three amazing kids – Parker, Callan, and Addie. Family is at the heart of everything I do. I’m also passionate about health and fitness and bring that same competitive drive, discipline, and focus into my business every day.

Choosing the right real estate professional matters. My background in customer service, attention to detail, and strong time management ensure every client receives thoughtful guidance and clear communication from start to finish. Having represented countless buyers and sellers (and having been in both positions myself) I understand how significant each transaction is. Whether you’re buying, selling, or investing, my priority is to make the experience strategic, seamless, and successful.
